I had a bunch of almond flour and a bunch of cheese I needed to use, so I figured I'd make some crackers... they kind of taste like cheese its so I was pumped :)
2 cups blanched almond flour
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded raw cheddar (I used the NY Yellow kind from Trader Joe's)
4 tbsps cold water
3 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
serve with different kinds of raw cheeses, this is my favorite! from Trader Joe's
Mix almond flour, salt and cheeses. Add in wet ingredients and mix until blended well and it's sticks together. Once blended pat down mixture to desired thickness on a baking sheet, bake @ 350 until golden and crispy... be careful not to over cook! Once cooled, cut into squares and serve with whatever toppings you desire :)
