Lemon Pound Cake :)

My roommate is obsessed with Starbucks lemon loaf, I decided to healthify it for her for her birthday and it came out really yummy :) Hope you enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
1  stick of organic butter (raw is best)
1/2 cup  xylitol 
4 organic eggs (vegetarian fed)
2 cups almond flour
1/2 tablespoon lemon extract (no sugar added, check the label.. try to get one without bad oils added)
1 tsp aluminum free baking powder
(coconut oil or butter for greasing)


INSTRUCTIONS:
Cream butter & xylitol together until smooth, add in one egg at a time until fluffy. Add lemon extractand baking powder, once blended add almond flour until smooth. Grease a glass bread pan with coconut oil or butter, bake on 350 until golden brown,
