Creamy Peppercorn Ranch Dressing (Dairy Free!)

I LOVE ranch dressing, especially with veggies, on chicken, home made chicken tenders, crackers... when I was little I use to squeeze my Italian bread into cubes and dip it in, put it on sandwiches, burgers, EVERYTHING! But those days are gone haha, thankfully so, and it can be challenging to find a ranch dressing that is both delicious, good for you, and dairy free... and if you're like me... olive oil and balsamic is delish on a lot of salads but can get old and it's fun to make new dressings. I'm trying to limit and avoid dairy, especially commercial pasteurized dairy when I can, and I wanted to make chicken ranch tacos tomorrow so got to playing around in the kitch and put this together... can be used as a dip, dressing, or to cook with! Hope you love it! :)

what you need:
- 1/3 cup purified water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2/3 cup hemp seeds
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp sea or Himalayan salt
- 2 tsp whole black peppercorn
- 1/2-1 tbsp dill (1tbsp is strong, try a half tbsp, taste it and then if you'd like more than that, add it...  be aware the flavor gets stronger as it sits)
-1 cup olive oil

another option: Use organic plain greek yogurt with ranch spices

what to do:
Throw all ingredients except olive oil into a food processor or vita mix and blend until smooth. Once smooth, turn on and slowly add in olive oil until creamy. Makes about 2-1/4 cups.

OR you can try this one
