INGREDIENTS
Chicken Breasts (antibiotic free, vegetarian fed, no added hormones)
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Smoked Black Pepper
Himalayan or Sea Salt
Raw White Cheddar Cheese
Grapeseed Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Clean and dice chicken breasts. Heat grapeseed oil on medium heat and cook chicken until just white. Dust with onion powder, crushed smoked black paper, and a bit of himalayan or sea salt, mix all around together with a spoon. Generously sprinkle with garlic powder allowing enough to collect in the bottom of the pan. Allow chicken to get golden and cook until garlic powder becomes crisp and can be scraped from the pan into chunks like bacon bits. Transfer chicken to a cook plate and immediately top with slices of raw white cheddar cheese. Scrape any remaining garlic crisps from the pan and sprinkle on top. Enjoy :)
FYI: Teflon is so dangerous and toxic it is being banned in 2015. For you and your family's safety, switch to stainless steel or thermolon pans.
