Sweet Potato Chips

Quick, easy, yummy!




Turn oven on to 300. With a very sharp knife, slice sweet potato into very thin slices. Lay on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and plenty of sea salt, I add a little pepper too. Bake until they begin to crisp up and edges start to fold, wait until they are crispy like a chip. Enjoy!
