Chunky Mediterranean Superfood Salad

Quick, easy and delicious summer salad :)



what you'll need:
organic tomato
whole milk mozzarella
avocado
basil leaves
kalamata olives, pitted (optional)
olive oil
sea salt
pepper


what to do:
Clean and dice tomato(es), avocado (I used half for a single serving, depends on how much you're making) and mozzarella cheese. Cut or tear basil leaves and add in. You may also add in kalamata olives. Drizzle with olive oil, sea salt and pepper and enjoy :)
