Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings
2-3 lbs of organic hormone free vegetarian fed chicken wings
1 stick of organic butter
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
In a small pan, melt down butter. Wisk in spices. Mix together in a large bowl and pour onto baking sheet. Bake @ 350 for 35-45 minutes. When there's about 5 minutes left, sprinkle parmesan cheese on and allow it to crisp. You may top it with more cheese to serve it.
TIP: if you want them super crispy, throw them in a frying pan after and brown them up... or if you have some left over the next day so the same thing :) much better that way!
