Cheesy Spinach Buffalo Burgers :)


INGREDIENTS

16oz Bison
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Sea or Himalayan Salt
1.5 Cups Organic Spinach
1/2 Cup Raw Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
grapeseed oil (if cooking inside on stove)

INSTRUCTIONS
Steam 1.5 cups of spinach, drain, pat dry with paper towel and chop. In a medium sized bowl, mix bison with spices until evenly distributed. Hands work best, but I may be partial due to an impressive meatball mixing background. Once the spices are blended evenly, fold in 1/2 cup of shredded raw cheddar cheese and chopped spinach. Form into patties and throw on the grill or fry on stove top in grapeseed oil and cook to desired tenderness. Once cooked, sprinkle lightly with himalayan or sea salt and dress it how you wish. Makes 6 Burgers. Enjoy :)
