Healthy Chicken Nuggets

This picture is inside a factory that mass produces chicken nuggets, this is what they look before they are cooked. The chicken is mechanically separated and de-boned then the remaining meat, guts and everything else is pulverized down into this unappetizing paste. According to Michael Kindt, the goop is then disinfectedbleached back to the whitish color we associate with cooked chicken breast and
re-flavored.  While it wasn't clear what kind of background Michael Kindt has in food science, the picture alone is enough to turn most of our stomachs. If the filling doesn't bother you, the inflammatory breading and dangerous oils used to fry them are reason enough to steer clear. Luckily, you can make your own just as well :)

What you'll need:
2-3 Boneless Vegetarian Fed, Hormone Free Chicken Breasts
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1.5 Tablespoons Onion Powder
1.5 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
1.5 Teaspoon Butchers Black Pepper (coursely chopped pepper) + more for the breading
Garlic Salt
Blanched Almond Flour
Vegetarian Fed Organic Eggs
Grapeseed oil

Instructions:
Dice chicken breast and put into a food processor and pulverize. Once into a paste, add all spices except garlic salt and blend together. In one bowl, whip 2-3 eggs, in another add almond flour, some butchers pepper and a little garlic salt. Shape chicken into nuggets, and lay them out, best if on either parchment paper or a cookie sheet. Dip each in the egg and then into the breading. In a frying pan or deep fryer cook them in grapeseed oil until crispy.
