Stuffed Cinnamon "Sugar" Dates!

Warning: these are ridiculously addictive


INGREDIENTS:
pitted dates
chopped walnuts
chopped pistachios
blanched almond flour
xylitol
cinnamon
organic butter (raw is best if available)
(all to taste)


INSTRUCTIONS
Fill the middle of the pitted dates with chopped walnuts and pistachios. If necessary, use a butter knife to stick in and twist a bigger opening then pinch back together with fingers. Once desired amount is stuffed, glaze a frying pan with butter, roll dates around for just a couple minutes until they are glazed in butter and softened a bit. Sprinkle with almond flour, cinnamon and xylitol. Leave in the pan on low heat mixing around every once in a while for a couple more minutes. Allow to cool and chow your face off. (Well, the nutritionist part of me says enjoy moderately and ideally earlier in the day :p)
